Delete Your Account in the HabitFlow App

You can permanently delete your account directly from within the HabitFlow app.

After the deletion request is completed, you will be signed out and your HabitFlow account cannot be restored.

Information That Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, HabitFlow permanently removes the account and associated information under its control, including:

• Your HabitFlow authentication account;
• Your profile information;
• Your habits and habit descriptions;
• Your progress and completion history;
• Your reminders;
• Your HabitFlow subscription and entitlement record;
• Other user-owned HabitFlow data associated with your account.

Local HabitFlow data and scheduled HabitFlow notifications are also cleared from the device used to complete the deletion.

Cancel an Apple App Store Subscription

1. Open the Settings app on your Apple device.
2. Select your Apple Account name.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Select HabitFlow.
5. Select Cancel Subscription.

Cancel a Google Play Subscription

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Select your profile icon.
3. Open Payments & subscriptions.
4. Select Subscriptions.
5. Select HabitFlow.
6. Select Cancel subscription.

Unable to Access the App?

If you cannot access HabitFlow or cannot use the in-app deletion function, you may request account deletion by email.

We may ask you to provide information necessary to verify that you are the owner of the account before processing the deletion request.

Data Retention

HabitFlow deletes the account data described above when the deletion request is successfully processed.

Limited information may be retained only where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or protect the security of HabitFlow.

Purchase information maintained independently by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another service provider may remain subject to that provider’s own legal and retention obligations.
